Luxury In Ladakh

Leh was going to be the last place on our trip where we stayed in a concrete structure. It was all tents and camps from there on. Well, our room in Leh didn’t disappoint one bit. The Grand Dragon Ladakh lived up to it’s reputation of being one of the best hotels in the city.

The bed was cozy, the colours very local, the wood exuded warmth when the temperature went down, and the bathrooms were beautifully finished and had a consistent flow of hot and cold water when needed.

On a trip where we were to be in the elements for a long time (harsh weather at that), The Grand Dragon Ladakh felt like home.
